The Friends have been around since January 27 1949 – and continue to provide valuable support to the hospital every day through gifts of equipment which enriches the lives of patients, visitors and staff.
But it would not be possible without public support – as donations and legacies are our only source of income through generous donations, fundraising and legacies.
Here’s how you can help:

- Fundraising – How about holding a fundraising event which will support the work at North Walsham War Memorial Hospital. And remember to take some pictures at the event so we can give your efforts some publicity as a thank you. - Join – The work of the Friends, generating funds and spending them wisely at the hospital, is done by a team of volunteers. Membership also generates cash for the cause, and ensures you keep in touch with how we are supporting the Hospital via newsletters.
