Donations of money in the Friends general “pot”, and cash to buy specific equipment, have boosted the hospital over many generations.
Gifts have helped buy everything from benches in the grounds (such as the one pictured given by the family of hospital supporter and former patient Patrick Downey) to weighing scales. Cheques made out to The Friends of North Walsham War Memorial Hospital can be dropped into the reception at the hospital off Old Yarmouth Road, or mailed to the treasurer (see the contacts section of this website, under How to Help).
